The program typically provides transitional housing for 6 to 24 months.
Other Eligibility Requirements
Participants must meet the following criteria:
- Be homeless or at risk of homelessness
- Must be 30 years of age or older
- Must agree to program rules and participation requirements
- Must participate in case management services
Priority may be given to veterans referred through:
- U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs programs
- American Legion
- Disabled American Veterans
Services Provided
Each resident will be assigned a case manager who will help develop a personalized service plan.
Services may include:
• Employment assistance
• Benefits enrollment
• Financial literacy training
• Mental health referrals
• Substance abuse treatment referrals
• Permanent housing search
